Childhood

Children are built to learn and trained to defer.  Parents set the tone but the community the child lives in makes its contribution for better or worse.  Children living in Newhaven were fortunate.  At its heart the community had a genuine goodness that wrapped around and enveloped them.  The village provided an environment that allowed the child to develop safely and confidently.  The following links highlight this.
